Our valve bags can be manufactured using multi-ply kraft paper or paper-plastic composite materials. These bags are designed for automated filling through the valve opening using specialized packaging equipment; once filled, they automatically assume a rectangular prismatic shape. Square-bottom bags, also known as open-square-bottom bags or single-seal square-bottom bags, are manufactured by aligning and folding the bottom of the bag before gluing it together, resulting in a rectangular shape when filled. Applying a sturdy cover-and-bottom liner further enhances their strength. The flat, stable bottom ensures steady positioning during filling or packaging, minimizing spillage. These bags offer excellent environmental benefits, high structural integrity, stable stacking, and easy identification, making them ideal for packaging powdered and granular products in industries such as food additives, chemical powders, animal feed, and plastics. Heat-seal bags, also known as stepped-mouth hot-melt adhesive bags or flip-top heat-seal bags, are manufactured using a multi-layer kraft paper staggered-cutting technique, which gives the opening a stepped appearance and hence the name. Typically, a heat-seal adhesive is sprayed onto the stepped opening, which is then folded and sealed, resulting in a seamless, contamination-free, fully sealed package that prevents caking. Filling and sealing are both highly convenient, making these bags ideal for large-scale assembly-line operations. After filling, the bags generally maintain a cuboid shape, allowing for neat and aesthetically pleasing stacking. As environmentally friendly paper bags, they are well-suited for export-oriented businesses.

Seam-sealed bottom bags, also known as open-seam bottom bags, are packaging bags whose bottoms are machine-sewn using specially formulated sewing threads and materials such as creped paper or heat-sealable paper. They can be constructed from a combination of multi-ply kraft paper, paper-plastic composite films, thin-film pouches, aluminum laminates, and other materials, offering advantages such as cost-effectiveness, high production efficiency, an attractive appearance, and reliable safety. These bags are widely used for powdered and granular products in industries including food and food additives, animal feed, chemicals, plastics, fertilizers, and minerals, making them a commonly employed packaging solution across the industry.
