Flip-top heat-seal bags are widely used for packaging and transporting goods due to their pore-free structure, which ensures no material or air leakage. However, these bags often pose challenges: once sealed, they can be difficult to open and inconvenient to use, and once opened, they cannot be reused, leading to resource waste and environmental concerns. In addition, the cooling process of the heat-sealing adhesive during production is relatively slow, which prolongs the time required to fill the conveyor line with flip-top heat-seal bags.
Heat-seal pouch with turned edge Owing to their pore-free structure and resistance to material and air leakage, these bags are widely used for packaging and transporting goods. However, heat-seal pouches, while ensuring excellent sealing performance, often pose challenges in terms of ease of opening and user convenience; once opened, they cannot be reused, leading to resource waste and posing environmental concerns. Moreover, during the production of flip-top heat-seal bags, the cooling rate of the heat-sealing adhesive is relatively slow, which prolongs the time required to fill the production line with such bags.

This type of flip-top heat-seal bag features excellent sealing performance, is reusable, and is convenient to use. The bag comprises a bag body with heat-seal strips on the top, left, and right sides, and two embossed sealing strips located below the upper heat-sealing area. —Sealing tape; the bag body is equipped with embossed sealing strips.
The heat-sealable resealable pouch features a larger filling capacity, preventing seal failure caused by overfilling. The kraft paper layers are laminated with PE protective films on both the top and bottom to enhance Heat-seal pouch with turned edge sealing performance. The bag is equipped with two embossed sealing strips. These strips feature a unique design: their contact surfaces inside the bag are smaller than the opposing surfaces, and they are made of an elastic material. This double-layered seal enhances airtightness, ensuring that once the heat-sealed bag is opened, no external dust or bacteria can escape. When placed in a resealable heat-sealed pouch, it can be repeatedly reused.
Both the left-side heat-seal tape and the right-side heat-seal tape are equipped with tear notches, allowing you to easily separate adjacent heat-sealed pouches by tearing along these lines. In addition, the pouch body—and/or the right side of the pouch—features an opening at the top, which facilitates easy opening of the flip-top heat-sealed pouch when needed. The combination of the tear notch and the top opening makes the heat-sealed pouch highly user-friendly. The opening is positioned at the upper portion of the left- and right-sealed pouches, between the embossed sealing strip and the upper sealing strip, ensuring that it does not compromise the sealing performance of the flip-top heat-sealed pouch. Furthermore, the inner surface of the pouch is designed with a serrated profile, increasing the contact area between the flip-top heat-sealed pouch and the surrounding air. Heat-seal pouch with turned edge During production, the heat-seal adhesive cools more quickly, increasing the filling speed for inverted-mouth heat-sealed bags on the assembly line.
The serrated-edge heat-seal tape increases the filling speed of conveyor-line heat-sealed bags, while the dual-side heat-seal tape configuration streamlines the production process, enabling batch production of multiple single-seal heat-sealed bags and reducing the production cost of open-mouth heat-sealed bags. The swinging mechanism at compressed-waste transfer stations enhances the convenience of waste transfer operations.
The inner contact end is smaller than the opposing end; the male–female sealing strip is made of an elastic material. The heat-seal tape on the side facing the interior of the bag is serrated; both the left and right heat-seal tapes are provided with dashed lines. An opening is formed in the upper portion of the right-sealed bag, located between the male–female sealing strip and the top sealing strip; the opening is recessed toward the interior of the bag.
